Events
Whether you’re hosting a team-building retreat, a sporting event, a conference, a product launch, a fashion show or an extravagant party to celebrate a special milestone there’s nowhere quite like The Sanctuary. From our grand entrance to our magical spaces throughout the property, we can host events of various sizes at our venue.
Located just 20 minutes from Marbella, your guests can access The Sanctuary easily from most of the popular resorts on the Costa del Sol, and if needed, our events team can even arrange multiple transfers to and from the venue for your guests.
If catering is required for a welcome reception, a light lunch or even an extravagant multi-course dinner, our events team can arrange this for you, or you can bring your own catering team, where full use of our onsite professional kitchen is available.

Courtyard Garden
Our dreamy garden is the perfect space, set in the middle of our grounds, for a cocktail hour, garden party, fashion show, sporting event or outdoor workshop. Overlooking the large yoga and fitness studio, these spaces can be combined to create a gorgeous space for a wide variety of activities. By night, the space turns into an ethereal garden and features soft lighting, so you don’t have to cut your event short.
Infinity Pool & Deck Area
If you’re looking for a show-stopping location for your event, there is nothing better than our incredible pool and deck area. Overlooking the rolling countryside and sea views by day, and the gorgeous hues of the pool by night, this space is perfect for a reception or a cocktail hour, allowing your guests to mingle amongst each other in a beautiful setting. Our indoor lounge also blends beautifully out onto the deck area, creating a unique and exclusive entrance into your event, as well as providing a stunning backdrop for photographs.
Yoga Hall
Our yoga studio boasts 16.5m x 9m of indoor space and features stunning bi-fold doors that open up into our large courtyard garden, allowing guests to move in and out freely. Kitted out with full yoga equipment, including yoga mats and blocks, we can arrange for yoga professionals to perform dedicated classes for your guests, or you can change the space entirely to use as you wish.
Rooftop
This special area overlooks the entire villa and out towards the beautiful countryside and 5 star Anantara Villa Padierna Palace resort, providing a fantastic area for guests to mingle and relax on our comfortable sofas and chairs. Our dedicated outdoor projector provides a dreamy setting in which to host premieres, screenings and presentations and comes complete with deckchairs and ambient lighting to enjoy the show.
Lounge Spaces
Our indoor lounge areas are fantastic for hosting group activities and workshops, allowing your guests to work closely in a more informal setting. Overlooking the stunning outdoor pool area and the surrounding countryside, this is the perfect spot for almost any event or corporate workshop where guests can chat and mingle.
